Living Stones enlists Russian volunteers to minister primarily to orphans in orphanages. Sharing the gospel takes place through individual personal conversations and through Bible stories or reading the Bible as literature. Discipling takes place through personal relationships.

Stoneworks follows up on contacts made by short-term teams during their visit. We meet with these precious people and encourage them to assume their position as a living stone in the spiritual household of God.

Children with physical imparities often have very low self esteem and a small chance of success in life; this is especially true in Russia. New Hope sends disabled Russian orphans to the USA for medical care.

Stoneworks International sponsors teams of Americans who prepare for ministry and then travel overseas, typically to a camp or orphanages. Teams range in size from just a few to over a dozen members.

This short-term hosting programs takes place over school holidays and on weekends. Russian orphans stay with Russian host families which are selected through local churches. New Family provides training, support during the actual hosting, and after-care opportunities. Many of the relationships become long-term, which is the ultimate goal—providing permanence, in a family environment, for Russian orphans.

Stoneworks provides for the basic life needs of needy people, including, but not limited to, orphans, the homeless and the elderly. These provisions may include, but will not be limited to, medical and dental care dental care, medicines, housing, clothing, food and emergency funds
